Professional Development Service

CESTE's Professional Development Service is a comprehensive guidance service which includes both proactive and reactive actions. The guidances are focused on an analysis of competences based on the use of new trends in business administration.

The main aim of the Professional Development Service is to accompany students in their professional careers and provide them with information and guidance.

At CESTE we provide a service for professional careers which functions as a leading light in the growth process and professional improvement of the people we educate by providing links between companies and our students.

The Professional Development Service relies on national and international internships, Professional Career Plans and Support either finding or changing job.

This service is aimed at:

• Companies making up CESTE's Company Club (more than 100 nowadays)
• Students attending any training programme at CESTE.

On the one hand, companies which each day are more and more competitive and, on the other hand, students who should be conscious of the changes that take place in the work market, the increasing qualifications needs and the new requirements of the Human Resources in companies.

This service is focused on the value improvement process in companies that make up CESTE's Company club, recruiting students who possess technical abilities, skills and know-how that adapt to the real needs of the market. This is also a employment improvement process according to students' individual circumstances.

Therefore, we provide our students with an Individual Professional Guidance and Development Plan that involves the students in a personalised process of diagnosis, intervention and tracking whose main aim is to facilitate their insertion in the working world.

Human Resources Professionals determine students' profiles taking into consideration their professional competences. These are based on personal interviews and psichotechnical tests, along with reports from their respective lecturers and students' preferences.

This is a free service for member companies of CESTE's Company Club.

This service is free, without any commitment involved for companies. Considering that by means of this recruitment process companies avoid receiving an excess of similar CVs, with the guarantee that the candidates chosen by CESTE fulfil the necessary training and aptitudes. This means considerable savings as regards time and money as opposed to other recruitment systems.
