Advanced Course in Assets and Property Management

Students who complete this course will become professionals able to contribute at a highest level in one of the most growing areas of banking and consulting in countries financially developed.

The European validation of this course made this become the first course in Spain to obtain the EFPA certificate.

Authorised by EFPA, through the Institute of Financial Studies, as a preparatory programme for the certification exam EFA.

90 % of students passed the Certification Exam in 2006, 30 th June.

Aims

This course has been designed in order to complement and widen the previous training and experience of professionals who, in different areas, advise and manage private assets and properties . The basic aim is to train them in the technical skills related to assessment and giving advice, which are needed in order to optimise relations with clients.

This course provides students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in order to answer present and future clients' needs in the area of Property Management and to improve quality and effectiveness of services offered by organisations.
