What is a BBM, and how does it differ from a degree in Business Administration?
The BBM(Bachelor in Business Management)offered at CESTE University Center is an official university degree in business administration accredited by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD). Unlike a conventional business administration degree, the BBM offers an internationally recognized British qualification with a 100% practical approach. Instead of large lectures and theoretical exams, students work in small groups with continuous assessment based on projects and presentations. The faculty members are active professionals. The program lasts 3 years instead of 4 and does not require a minimum admission score.
What is covered in the BBM program, and what are the courses?
The curriculum covers all key areas of business: business strategy, financial management, digital marketing, economics, business law, entrepreneurship, people management, and operations. In addition to the core courses ofthe Bachelor of Business Management program, each student specializes in one of the following tracks: Digital Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Logistics, or International Trade. The program also includes a university-specific degree in Digital Business with certifications from Cambridge, Pearson, and AWS.
Can I be admitted without having passed the EvAU or with a low score?
Yes. The BBM is part of the British university system, so passing the EvAU is not required. CESTE offers a Foundation program for those who have not taken the EvAU or who passed it with a low score. This additional first year prepares students to successfully enter Level 4 of the main program.
Is the degree officially recognized? Is it recognized in Spain and Europe?
Yes. The BBM program awards an official British degree that is recognized within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and registered in the UK Qualifications Register (UKQRS) under code 8000084. ThisBachelor of Business and Management degreeallows graduates to work in private companies without additional paperwork and to apply for credit transfers if they wish to take civil service exams.
Where can I take the BBM course? Is it only in-person?
This Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with an international credential is offered in person at the CESTE campus in Zaragoza, but there is also a blended learning option for students from other provinces or countries, or those with work commitments. If you’re wonderingwhere to study Business Administration and Managementwith an international credential, or if you’re lookingforabusiness administration degree withinternational recognition without leaving Spain, CESTE in Zaragoza is one of the few options available in the country.
Can I enroll in an official master's program after completing the BBM?
Yes. This degree qualifies you for direct admission to official master’s programs. BBM graduates can go on to pursue a master’s degree at a university in Spain or abroad. And, of course, you can also pursue a master’s degree at CESTE under exceptional financial terms.
Is BBM compatible with working while I'm studying?
Yes. Starting in the second year, classes are held in the afternoons, which makes it easier to balance your studies with work. You’ll also have access to recordings of all sessions for added flexibility. Can I transfer credits if I’m coming from an advanced vocational training program?
Yes. With an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, you can enter directly into Level 5 (the second year), with the first year ofthe Bachelor of Business Management program being waived. Credit may also be granted for non-formal education and for demonstrable work experience in related fields.
Are there internships at companies during the degree program?
Internships are extracurricular and highly recommended. You can access CESTE’s job board, which has partnerships with more than 300 companies in the CESTE Business Club in Aragón and nationwide.
