Mission of the CESTE Foundation
The CESTE Education and Business Foundation was established with the firm commitment to promote, study, disseminate information, and provide training in the cultural and professional spheres of individuals, with the aim of fostering their integration and professional and social development. Its mission is to promote a culture of lifelong learning and social responsibility among all members of our business community.
Founding objectives
To encourage, promote, and disseminate all kinds of activities and studies related to various fields of business, with the aim of promoting employment and the holistic development of the individual.
To support and expand access to training programs and help students—particularly those in so-called “at-risk groups”—enter the workforce; as well as to facilitate the professional retraining of those who have already entered the workforce.
To promote a culture of social responsibility in the business sector by bringing together stakeholders and channeling public and private resources into the development of programs aimed at its implementation.
Support the professionalization of our teams' work , leveraging new technologies as the best tool for carrying out their activities within the company.
To foster dialogue and mutual understanding with other institutions of a similar nature, encouraging the organization of joint activities.
To create opportunities for dialogue, reflection, and planning for the future in the various areas of our community’s socioeconomic development, from a sustainable and balanced perspective.

EMPLOYABILITY FORUM:DAR AND FENIX PROJECTS (Work Integration for Women with Disabilities or at Risk of Social Exclusion in Rural Areas). SUBSIDIZED TRAINING.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES FORUM:Technology Olympiad. Redatón Party Zaragoza. EDUCATION FORUM: Educational Innovation Projects, Research Programs, scholarships and grants for both K-12 education and undergraduate and graduate studies.
LEISURE AND TOURISM ACTIVITIES FORUM: A seriesof seminarsand training programs focused on the leisure and tourism sector in Aragon.
Graduate Program in Management and Promotion of Tourism Destinations and Projects. Institute for Tourism Competitiveness (in collaboration with ARADEX) and the Cervantes Project (an initiative focused on promoting language tourism in Zaragoza and throughout the region).
