If we accept your order, you will receive our acceptance via an Order Confirmation sent to the email address you provided in your user account. This Order Confirmation will take effect upon its dispatch. If, however, we are unable to accept your order, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone.
4. Availability:
Product Availability: CESTE will do its utmost to meet all customer requests for products and services. However, all product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are any supply issues or if items are out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.
5. Delivery
CESTE is committed to delivering products in perfect condition at our facilities.
Goods will always be delivered to CESTE's facilities.
Delivery times: Products/services will be delivered within approximately 15 days.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with your purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5.1 Failure to Deliver:
We reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on the website. Although we will do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from our websitehttps://www.ceste.es/, regardless of whether such product has been sold or not, for removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
5. Prices
The prices listed on the website“https://www.ceste.es/”are either VAT-exempt (for training services) or include VAT (for all other products and services), as applicable on the date of the order.
The PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS shall be as listed on the website. The price includes all applicable taxes, as those taxes are in effect on the date the offer is accepted. The price must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
CESTE reserves the right to modify the prices listed on https://www.ceste.es/at any time; however, items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability on that date.
6. Payment
Payment for orders can be made using the following methods:
Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments made with specific credit cards.

In this regard, sensitive data is transmitted directly and securely (via SSL) to the relevant financial institution. The SSL encryption system we use ensures that data transmitted over the network is completely secure. Your data is kept strictly confidential and protected.
Credit card information is not stored in any of our databases. It is used exclusively on our financial institution’s virtual POS (Point of Sale) terminal through its secure payment gateway.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank; however, if the bank does not authorize the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver, and we will be unable to enter into a Contract with you.
CESTE reserves the right to verify the personal information provided by the customer and to take any measures it deems appropriate (including canceling the order) to ensure that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the information provided in the order.
8. Return Policy
It will be governed by the following conditions:
The deadline is 15 calendar days from the date the merchandise is delivered.
Presentation of the original receipt or invoice.
The product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original accessories.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Valid for all merchandise, except for custom-made, altered, or modified items, merchandise ordered on request, and/or items specifically ordered from the catalog.
Returns may be requested in person at the store or through the communication channels designated for off-premises sales. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns (and exchanges).
Returns of defective products

Once CESTE receives your notification, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed. As a general rule, here are the steps to follow:

Please return the item in its original packaging.
Once we have received the merchandise to be returned, we will carefully inspect the returned product and notify you whether a refund or replacement is applicable (if applicable). The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which we confirm that a refund or replacement is applicable for the non-conforming item.
If the product(s) cannot be replaced, you will receive a full refund for the amounts paid for any products returned due to a defect or flaw, provided such a defect or flaw actually exists.

7. Warranty for Purchased Products
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, CESTE is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
In the event of a non-conformity, you must notify us within two months of becoming aware of it by sending an email to https://www.ceste.es/, including your contact information, your purchase invoice number, and a description of the issue. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, CESTE will cover the return shipping costs.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return. The packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.
The buyer must read the instructions for proper use, as well as the warranty documentation provided by the manufacturers.
The warranty will be void in the event of defects or damage caused by external factors, particularly accidents, wear and tear, or use that does not comply with the Supplier’s instructions.
Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the warranty.

8. Liability and Disclaimer
The photographs and descriptions of the products offered are for informational purposes only.
CESTE’s liability with respect to any product purchased at https://www.ceste.es/shall be strictly limited, in all cases, to the purchase price of such product and shall not be affected by any simple errors or omissions that may have occurred, provided that all necessary precautions were taken in the presentation of the products.
CESTE shall not be held liable for any damages, of any nature whatsoever—whether material, non-material, or physical—that may result from the improper operation or use of the products it sells. The same applies to any modifications made to the products by suppliers.
CESTE shall not be held liable by a customer or a third party for any indirect damages, operating losses, or loss of profits, regardless of the cause, even if such damage, loss, or harm was foreseeable by CESTE or if CESTE had been made aware of the possibility thereof.
Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, CESTE’s liability under these general terms and conditions shall not exceed an amount equal to the sums paid following the transaction giving rise to such liability, regardless of the cause or form of the action in question.
CESTE shall not be held liable for any breach of the contract entered into in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, business interruptions, or total or partial strikes—particularly those affecting postal services, transportation, or communications—as well as floods or fires.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor your right to cancel the contract.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may first contact CESTE to seek an amicable resolution.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties agree, at their discretion, to submit to the courts of Zaragoza for the resolution of any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction.
