Transparent and traceable process
At CESTE, we guarantee that before you finalize your enrollment, you will receive clear information about the program, the total cost, the payment schedule, the required documentation, and the cancellation and refund policies. No student will be required to make a payment without first receiving all the essential terms and conditions.

Stages of the enrollment process

Request information at
. Contact us via our website, by phone, by email, or in person. The admissions team will help you find the program that best suits your profile.

Initial Orientation
We will review your profile and verify that you meet the admission requirements. You will receive detailed information in writing.

Enrollment ProposalWe are sending you a formal proposal: program details, price, discounts, payment schedule, and cancellation policy.

Reserve a spot at
Your spot is reserved once you accept the terms and conditions and make the reservation payment. CESTE will confirm receipt.

Submission of Documentation
Submit the required documentation (ID card/foreigner identification number, prior qualifications, etc.) by the specified deadline. CESTE will validate and confirm it.

Enrollment Confirmation Enrollmentis confirmed upon acceptance of the terms and conditions, payment of the initial fees, submission of validated documentation, and official confirmation from CESTE.

EnrollmentAccess to the virtual campus, institutional email, course materials, schedules, and academic groups.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If CESTE cancels or suspends a program, you may choose between: a full refund of all amounts paid, placement in another equivalent program, or transfer to a new session.

For distance or off-premises contracts, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel without penalty, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
CESTE may consider a partial or full refund in situations such as: documented sudden serious illness, death of an immediate family member, involuntary job loss, gender-based violence, or legal inability to complete the program.
Provided they have been notified in advance in writing: administrative fees already incurred, document issuance costs, activated digital licenses, downloaded materials, services already provided, external bank fees, and fees charged by partner universities that CESTE cannot recover.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please submit your request in writing, including: full name, ID number/foreign resident ID number/passport number, program of enrollment, date of enrollment, amount paid, reason for the request, and supporting documentation if applicable.
⌛ Processing times: acknowledgment of receipt within 3 business days · decision within 15 business days · refund processed within 14 calendar days of the decision.
