Transparent and traceable process
At CESTE, we guarantee that before you finalize your enrollment, you will receive clear information about the program, the total cost, the payment schedule, the required documentation, and the cancellation and refund policies. No student will be required to make a payment without first receiving all the essential terms and conditions.

Stages of the enrollment process

Request information at
. Contact us via our website, by phone, by email, or in person. The admissions team will help you find the program that best suits your profile.

Initial Orientation
We will review your profile and verify that you meet the admission requirements. You will receive detailed information in writing.

Enrollment ProposalWe are sending you a formal proposal: program details, price, discounts, payment schedule, and cancellation policy.

Reserve a spot at
Your spot is reserved once you accept the terms and conditions and make the reservation payment. CESTE will confirm receipt.

Submission of Documentation
Submit the required documentation (ID card/foreigner identification number, prior qualifications, etc.) by the specified deadline. CESTE will validate and confirm it.

Enrollment Confirmation Enrollmentis confirmed upon acceptance of the terms and conditions, payment of the initial fees, submission of validated documentation, and official confirmation from CESTE.

EnrollmentAccess to the virtual campus, institutional email, course materials, schedules, and academic groups.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If CESTE cancels or suspends a program, you may choose between: a full refund of all amounts paid, placement in another equivalent program, or transfer to a new session.
Important: Before applying the criteria related to proximity to the program’s start date, it will be verified whether the student is within the legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment. When this right applies, the legally established conditions for withdrawal will take precedence.

If the student has expressly requested that the service begin during those 14 days and CESTE has already provided part of the service, only the proportional amount corresponding to the portion actually provided may be deducted. |
| After the cancellation period has ended and more than 14 days before the program begins | Any amounts paid will be refunded. The only deductions allowed, when applicable, are for expenses that have already been incurred, that CESTE cannot recover, that have been previously communicated to the student, and that are legally applicable. |
| Between 14 and 7 days before the program begins | Any amounts paid will be refunded, less, where applicable, any expenses already incurred or amounts that CESTE has had to pay specifically for that spot and cannot recover. No automatic penalty will be applied for cancellations made within this period. |
| Less than 7 days before the program begins | Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services already provided and any expenses or amounts that CESTE has specifically incurred for that spot and cannot recover may be deducted. No charges will be made for services not provided, nor will any unjustified penalties be applied. |
For distance or off-premises contracts, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel without penalty, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
CESTE may consider a partial or full refund in situations such as: documented sudden serious illness, death of an immediate family member, involuntary job loss, gender-based violence, or legal inability to complete the program.
Provided they have been notified in advance in writing: administrative fees already incurred, document issuance costs, activated digital licenses, downloaded materials, services already provided, external bank fees, and fees charged by partner universities that CESTE cannot recover.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please submit your request in writing, including: full name, ID number/foreign resident ID number/passport number, program of enrollment, date of enrollment, amount paid, reason for the request, and supporting documentation if applicable.
