We finalized this plan, taking into account the input we received from our contacts at UWTSD (University of Wales Trinity Saint David), through:

Politics
The administration of CESTE University Center and the CESTE Foundation for Education and Business has established the following commitments as its QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:
- Identify the company's overall needs by planning and reviewing the actions taken to improve the organization.
- To recruit and retain a faculty that meets the company's needs and our clients' expectations.
- Provide and maintain appropriate infrastructure for the administration and delivery of courses, as appropriate.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers in order to meet both their explicit and implicit needs.
- Develop an effective method for designing training activities, based on client requirements, and establish procedures for their verification and validation.
- To provide our clients with the most effective technical resources in order to ensure excellent oversight of training activities.
- Determine and implement an effective methodology for conducting training activities, planning the steps to be taken.
- Collect and analyze data to improve the company.
- Develop an agile and effective methodology for implementing the proposed approaches by establishing a documented management system.
- Expand the School's reach to the international arena.
- To protect the environment—including preventing pollution, using resources wisely, and minimizing environmental impacts—by implementing continuous improvement programs that promote better environmental performance.

CESTE University Center and the CESTE Education and Business Foundation have developed this Quality and Environmental Policy as a framework for guiding their approaches through development strategies, using indicators and setting objectives, and planning activities and action programs, in order to achieve continuous improvement in all areas of the organization’s operations, while always striving for the effectiveness of the established management systems.
This policy is reviewed annually, communicated to all members of the organization, and made available to the public.
