Mission, Vision, Values, and Policy

Mission

Students are at the heart of our work and our raison d'être.

To educate and train individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are capable of meeting the challenges of digitalization and serving society—people of integrity and solidarity who are able to create value in their companies, organizations, and communities.

Develop learning experiences using innovative and practice-oriented methods that focus on content, skills, and competencies, enabling students to grow both personally and professionally.

We work to ensure and improve the quality of our training and learn from the best in the field, with the goal of enhancing our students’ employability, while keeping them at the center of their learning process.

Vision

Innovating methodologies and committed to the future.

We want our innovative contribution to education— which is constantly adapted to real-world needs—to enable companies and professionals in both Aragón and the regions and countries we can reach through our programs to achieve development and prospects for economic and social growth.

As a university, we understand that our mission is to serve not only young people but also professionals who see us as a constant source of inspiration to continue their education and remain enthusiastic about developing their skills and expanding their career opportunities.

Values and Culture

The development of our students, their active role in their learning process—both in terms of content and skills—and our commitment to the communities where we operate form the core of our values and policies as we work to fulfill our Mission and Vision.

We finalized this plan, taking into account the input we received from our contacts at UWTSD (University of Wales Trinity Saint David), through:

Collaboration and the establishment of a series of strategic partnerships at the regional, national, and international levels. These types of networks have the potential to inspire our students, staff, and partners to create new learning opportunities for the future.

Inclusion by putting students first and championing barrier-free lifelong learning. We support students from all backgrounds and at every stage of their education. We support second chances and career reinvention.

Employability and creativity, leveraging our students’ entrepreneurial spirit, research skills, and creative abilities to offer educational programs that provide them with the best opportunities to secure employment and develop their transferable skills.

Sustainable development through a systems-based approach that provides meaningful and relevant educational opportunities and promotes social responsibility and learning.

A commitment to collaborating in the development of the regions where we operate, with a particular focus on Aragón, addressing their development needs and building on their strengths, and engaging everyone in this effort.

The concept of global citizenship through the development of other multinational activities and opportunities for our students, staff, and partners.

With the support of our academic partners, we advance research and its social impact, in line with the research objectives.

We are a university center that:

It enhances the learning experience through a system that combines traditional higher education with vocational, professional, and academic research activities, delivered with academic rigor and focused on practical application.

It offers a well-defined curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with distinctive features in the areas of employment, entrepreneurship, sustainable education, and global citizenship.

It is dedicated to recognizing each student's individual potential and supporting them at every stage of their education.

He is a pioneer in new approaches to on-the-job training and professional practice that enhance the skills of both employees and the company itself.

It is committed to all aspects of sustainable development.
