TheMBA with a specialization in People and Human Resourcesis a graduate program designed to provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge, tools, and skills in the various areas of a business.
In addition to teaching you how to integrate the strategic role of the HR department into an organization’s mission, vision, and values, this course is designed for:
- Graduates of universities and business schools who wish to balance a graduate program with their professional career.
- Professionals who wish to enhance their skills in personnel and human resources management.
- Individuals over the age of 25 without a college degree who can demonstrate relevant experience.
Objectives
The MBA in Human Resources and People has the following objectives:
- To foster a strategic mindset that facilitates adaptation to the new dynamic, competitive, and uncertain environments in which today's organizations operate.
- Develop leadership and teamwork skills.
- Improve and strengthen analytical skills and creative decision-making.
- Acquire and build expertise in human resources management.

- Facilitate a Professional Career Plan through the CESTE Business Club, which allows students who are not currently employed to gain hands-on professional experience over a twelve-month period, with the possibility of being hired.
- To facilitate a smooth transition into the company and prepare the student to take on leadership roles in the near future.
