The Master's in Business Administration and Management
tailored to your industry

The CESTE MBA prepares recent graduates and junior professionals to take on management and consulting roles, with the option to specialize in one of nine business tracks. Unlike a generalist MBA, this master’s degree in business administration combines a common foundation in management with two final modules dedicated to your specialization, enabling you to develop managerial judgment and true expertise in your sector, in areas such as digital marketing, logistics, finance, human resources, or data science and AI.

It is an official MBA with a British degree from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), recognized in Spain, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. It is registered in the RUCT under code 8000086, and because it is officially recognized within the European Higher Education Area, it grants access to doctoral studies. You can take the program in Zaragoza in-person, or from any city in Spain via distance learning or a blended learning format.

Academic Program

MBA Curriculum

The MBA is divided into two phases. Phase I lasts 9 academic months and is organized into 6 course modules. The first four modules are common to all tracks, and the last two are specific to the chosen specialization. Phase II consists of the development and presentation of the Master’s Thesis, which is supervised and must be completed within one year.

The last two modules vary depending on the chosen track. Each specialization includes specific courses and a practical approach focused on the real-world challenges of that sector, with case studies provided by practicing professionals.

Phase II · Master's Thesis or Thesis

Non-class phase. This phase consists of the preparation, submission, and presentation of the “Dissertation” or Master’s Final Project, carried out in coordination with an academic advisor over a period not exceeding one year. The final project (equivalent to the TFM in the Spanish system) addresses a real-world problem within the chosen specialization, demonstrating the ability to apply the acquired management skills in practice.

Individuals over the age of 25 without a college degree who can demonstrate relevant professional experience are also eligible to apply.

What specializations or tracks are available in the MBA program?

CESTE’s MBA program allows you to tailor your education to nine business areas: Digital Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain, International Entrepreneurship, Healthcare Management, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Financial Advisory and Services, People Management and Human Resources, Agri-Food Industry, and Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. Each track includes specific courses that strengthen your skills in that field.

How long is the MBA program, and in what formats is it offered?

The MBA program consists of a 9-month academic module phase, followed by a Master’s Thesis to be completed within one year. It is offered in an on-campus format in Zaragoza, a distance learning format accessible from any city in Spain, or a blended format that combines the two.

What degree is awarded upon completion of the CESTE MBA?
